Poor customer service

********** service from the authorization call centre, the female call centre operator hung up the line while I will I was still giving her my details. This medical aid has no absolute care for its clients, there is a level of arrogance with some of their staff members. The best option is to sign with other medical aids that don't see you as a number but a partner and above all a human being. Its a matter of time before you start losing clients if you continue with your arrogance. People partner and trust you so that you can walk the journey of health together, but some of your employees are terrible. I need an authorisation and your operators hang up on customers.
