PMB Approval Process

<p>Numerous occasions i have contacted the PMB department via phone and via email, and I am still to see a result or get some sort of reasoning for the delay in approval for my now 8 month old son. This saddens me as Bestmed claims to be a client centered business but all i have felt for the last 7 months is hopeless in dealing with a PMB for my little baby boy who suffered from oxygen deprivation at birth.</p>
