PMB Application Disaster

I have just received the absolute worst service from BestMed these past couple of weeks where my PMB application is concerned. I submitted a PMB form (this was the only thing they requested) for the rehabilitation of a recent fracture. As the weeks past, they requested one thing after another. Request for Xray and Xray report was sent to me....then time past...then they requested a referral letter from the physio....then time past again...then they requested a referral letter from my treating physician. Bear in mind this process started 29 June, today we are at 08 Sept, and they are sending me a blank PMB Form (which was submitted already), and they are asking yet again for the xray and xray report, which was also submitted to them. This is highly frustrating, as I am unable to continue with my rehabilitation (which already exhausted my savings). BESTMED YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!!!! I am paying my medical every single month, this is absolutely disgusting, your client services are honestly 1/5 rating.
