PMB application

We are waiting on a PMB application approval from bestmed which we were told would take 2-3 working days, it has been over 2 weeks now so i called Bestmed, i spoke to a guy Morne who is incredibly slow over the phone he stated someone will call me next week i asked to send me a mail stating why this has taken 2 weeks and why i have to wait another week for someone to get back to me, i then asked him to get a manager to call me asap after a 17 minute phone call i was told someone will get back to me tomorrow and that was it now i have to wait untill tomorrow to see if someone will get back to me, very bad service from bestmed's side i have never had problems in the past
