Pathetic Service and no funds laft after first three months of the year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Runnung out of funds in March every year, none of my medicatio is on the formulary list, so have to pay for medication of Around R 2000 pm, plus my monthly contribution.

Also pathetic serice, soeone phoned me after I requested a call and said would phone back on Friday, she didn't say which Friday, as she never phoned last Friday!!!
