Pathetic service
Bestmed is the worst medical scheme ever - I sent dental pre-auth on the 16th to date I'm still struggling to get a response.... I'M SICK AND TIRED OF CALLING YOUR COMPANY.....Can someone give me feedback?????????????? Jay you were too quick to respond to my message on twitter but it was pointless because I'm still waiting.

28 Jan 2021, 13:54Firstly I'm the one who sent the email from my work email address NOT noreply@hugoorthodontics so why on earth would you then respond to someone who did not send the request and ask them for membership number?

I have spoken to numerous agents and they did not trace the first email I sent so I'm wondering how you were able to trace it? You rep**** without proper investigations ....
You should be taking accountability that someone did not do what they get paid for!!!

Your orthodontic treatment plan is currently with our Dental Advisor for evaluation and feedback. As soon as the Dental department receive feedback from him, they will provide you with the details of the quotation. The matter is being handled as a priority.
