Pathetic SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day this is the most pathetic service i have ever received. i cancelled my medical cover with bestmed July 2018, to get cover at Medihelp. I never missed a payment. Well a month ago i got contacted by Collections for the fist time, to inform me i was handed over by BESTMED who never contacted me about any outstanding covers the medical aid did not pay!! now after a year and 2 months they want me to pay R1548.00 which bestmed on the statement double charged me for 2 days and after never contacted me or asked me to make a payment for cover the medical aid did not pay. now i must pay legal fees and for 3 weeks i still have no feedback from Collections about the double charges on the account!! how is this oky for any medical aid to hand me over after a year after never contacted me. this is not acceptable!!!!
