Pathetic customer services at Bestmed

I paid R5000 out of my Medical Savings for a procedure done in hospital. I have been asking how this happened without my consent or being informed. I sent in an enquiry and I was told to send all my information and it would be looked into. Up to today that is the only answer I get.

Kindly be advised that the claims for 24/11/2020 have been re-processed and paid from risk as per the treatment plan recently authorized. Regards Katlego
