Outstanding dept - PAID - then still being hassled...

After not being with this medical aid for 2 years - I get SMS's that I will be hunted by dept collecting agencies due to money that I owe them. This is on a Friday afternoon 17:00 while driving home.

I then contact THEM ! asking for details on the outstanding balance - that was a shortfall on my savings paid in advance .... so I pay them - on the spot.

I then get another 4 phone calls - almost 2 months after the payment was made I still get phone calls.

I parted there on good terms - because the company I work for offered subsidies for Discovery, but after THIS I will never go back.
