Not proud to be a Bestmed member

My daughter is older than 21 and studying at University of Pretoria. <br> Bestmed advised in February 2015, that we needed to send proof of studies to keep her on our Medical Aid. After perusing the benefits, my daughter decided to get her own medical cover as her bursary covered these expenses.<br> Bestmed continued to deduct the debit order inclusive of my daughter as member, whilst notifying me that she was not covered. I reversed the debit order and contacted Bestmed. They advised that the correct amount would be taken, after the correct debit order was taken, our service was suspended in March 2015.<br> <br> They advised that we owed R520 or so, as we were in arrears. When I contacted them on their mobile App I was told this was the premium for my daughter who was removed.<br> <br> I eventually stopped my debit order again at the end of April until I could get clarity. During this time I covered all medical expenses myself as service was still suspended.<br> <br> On the 1st of June they took a double debit and today I contacted them to find out why it is still suspended, I was told that I had to send proof like my bank statement to get reinstated.<br> <br> I am fed up and need to get a proper medical Aid<br>
