No wonder I'm no longer a member of WORSTMED

Was on a chat with Lemay and asked Him/Her for my Statement from last year to date (when i was still a member) they said okay sending it to you chat *** realized they sent me an Empty Excel spreadsheet. Tried the chat again spoke to Mathabo asked her to please send it in PDF she sent the exact same thing Empty Excel spreadsheet even after i asked her to be in PDF chat ***.Lastly spoke to Kea asked them to be professional and send it to me in in PDF they just said 1moment.I went on to tell them that if she cant its fine as i have a friend named HELLOPETER. Then then disconnected the chat did not even send me that EMPTY excel spreadsheet. Till now i m awaiting my 2022 statement in PDF.NOT TAX CERTIFICATE
