No savings account anymore

This is so pathetic on what is happening to our savings accounts, please remind me as I don't remember being notified in respect of the changes on our savings account/bonus accounts.<br> To my understanding when I took this medical aid, we were told that every month we will save a portion of our contributions. Doctors will firstly be paid from the savings acc for that month and if there is nothing remaining for that month then portion of the money will be paid from the day-to-day account, and if I still have money on my savings account it will be transferred to my Bonus account @ month end. As I'm writing this today, my Savings acc has a Debit of R7071.69 and my day-to-day is still sitting @ R16300 from January 2015, nothing has been taken from it but instead bestmed keeps debiting my Savings acc. This a really a day light ******* by the end of this year I will be owing money in my savings acc. Called call center and they tried by all means to convince me but they couldn't succeed, I also requested a Reconciliation statement but instead I'm been sent all my claims report, stupid!!!.<br> <br> Please correct this mess as I don't see myself with this medical aid again next year.
