No refunds allowed at this company!

I have been struggling for such a long time to get a refund from this company. It's actually ridiculous. Their departments request the same documents over and over and over again. Once you've submitted everything requested, they either send you to a different department or request something completely different. I'm convinced they don't intend to refund me at all. *** is an absolute waste of time with no resolve.
