No Joy with Bestmed
Bestmed has been terribly frustrating in the past 2 years I have had to deal with them. Emails not responded to, I have asked for new updated cards to be sent no one ever gets back to us. I am shopping for a new medical aid for my family and I feel once you take up membership with them they don't care.
