No confidence in BestMed!!!

<p>I joined 1 March 2017, I was told to use Carecross, when I urgently needed a dentist I was told they stopped using Carecross and I must search on the Bestmed sight. I found a dentist under my Network and phoned to confirm, it was confirmed and I also confirmed with dentist. After I went to the dentist, my claim was rejected due to it being "out of Network" and when I phoned again, they said that dentist isn't covered with my plan.. the accountant at the dentist resent contacts and eventually it was covered. On Monday 8th May I urgently needed to see a GP and phoned to confirm the doctor I could use, And it was confirmed that I could use his practice. After my consult I was informed by the payment window that they are not contracted to Bestmed Pulse 1 and I would have to pay cash, R380. After I confirmed. I have no confidence in Bestmed at all!! I have used it twice and each time there has been a problem, obviously there is severe miscommunication between contractors and false promises to clients. Clearly if you are not on the top package they don't care. I am so disappointed in Bestmed! </p>
