NO COMMUNICATION CAUSING LOTS OF STRESS

In December 2015 I fell pregnant but learnt on the 18th of January 2016 that Femina is no longer on the Network Hospitals list. From December 2014 up until now I never received any communication from Bestmed stating that the Network Hospital list has changed, I had to request this new list on the 19th of January 2016 and the reason we joined Bestmed and the Network option is because of the Network hospitals that is in our area and we knew we were planning another child and I want to have my baby @ Femina with the same Gynecologist that I have always been seeing.

According to the Consumers Act a service provider must inform it's members of such changes, which definitely did not happen, on asking what the co-payment would be after I requested the \New Network Hospitals List\" the 19th of January 2016 I was told that I would have a R 10 000 - R 15 000 co-payment, which to me is unacceptable.

Please can this be looked at as a matter of urgency as I don't want to stress through my whole pregnancy where to have my child or go through a search for a new Gynecologist whom I don't / won't trust. "
