No communication and ******* deductions!!

Due to my financial challenges I'm going through, I decided to cancel my medical aid ( ********** ) and my mother's medical aid ( ********** 6). Cancellation forms where sent to Gugu Masimula and cc'ed to ********** on the 6th of August 2018. I asked her when my savings will be paid out and she promised the 5th of the following month which never happened until now. Deductions for both medical aid were made on the 25th August and 1 September respectively!! Why because the memberships have been terminated as of the 1st of September? I followed up the issue of the refunds on the 12th September and got an unhelpful response from Rosy Moore. I responded to her and never got feedback. The biggest shock of my life is when a deduction for my mother's medical aid went through on the 1st of October!! Why??? Medical aids have been terminated and this has been confirmed by Rosy Moore! I'm already going through a financial difficulty and you making ******* deductions, it's like rubbing salt to a wound. Can you sort out this mess ASAP, I need my monies immediately. I now know I won't be signing up with this medical aid once I recover financially. This is pathetic!!
