No assistance from emails

Terrible service. For years I have been doing my parents in law's medical aid problems and queries. And for years I have been experiencing problems. Never get answers of emails, never assistance with queries when you email.

Nondumiso, this email was never received from Bestmed. This is definately the first I see and receive it. I spoke to my parents in law. They will try and do the payment today and I will send the proof of payment.
