Network provider who charged more & Claim ******* Bestmed

I submitted a change of banking details form to Bestmed in May, today I se emy banking details are not changed and the service agent tells me I rep**** with a blank form to them. However the mail she refers to is the email that Bestmed sent me, and not the actual filled in form I responded with. Apart from that I searched a ENT DR on Bestmeds network provider list and went to one of them, when submitting my claim I am being paid 50% of what I paid the dr. Apparently he over charged me, but I found him on their network provider list. So whos fault is that now? Why are they listing someone that over charges? I now have to do all the running around. This is a pathetic medical aid who just takes peoples money. There is never a year that my medical aid is never exhausted despite me going to the Dr barely and having funds for DR visits. I hate Bestmed and cannot wait to change. Their level of service is disgusting. They don't even employ competent people!!!!!!!!!!
