My appendix burst in 2022. I walked with burst appendix for 3 weeks. I was operated without any problems from Bestmed. In April 2023 my Gault Bladder gave me problems. So I went to Cosmos Hospital. I was submitted for further tests. I was in hospital for one week. After approximately 3 to 4 months I received an account from Cosmos hospital to inform Bestmed did not authorize the submission. I contacted Bestmed and they requested confirmation from my General Practioner that I was not treated for Gould Bladder in the last year. I sent all requested information to Bestmed. Then they requested typed report. As they could not read. I submitted typed report. Then they requested report from Dr Ross whom treated me to confirm the Gould Bladder was not due to the Appendix. I sent all information. I even got all reports from Witbank Emergency services at Cosmos hospital to confirm the submission. I have received confirmation from Bestmed. They will not pay Cosmos hospital. Please assist. Regards
