Most awful service
Most awful customer service experience. Been trying to get hold of a consultant since 9am it’s almost 15:00pm and their trusted consultant is still getting back to me.
What a disappointment, nothing like what I was treated like when I was going through the new business process.

Due to a recent growth in our membership and a significant increase in call volumes, our response times have unfortunately been impacted. We are currently implementing various measures to improve your experience, including enhancing our staffing levels, optimising internal processes, and exploring additional ways to support our members more efficiently.
