Messing us around

We are having endless problems with Bestmed not giving us joy and we pay a aweful lot of monies.

Been contanting them 4times this moring with no joy. Not Roland a senior or non of their seniors can phone according to them. They cannot phone; but they let you hang on your cellphone for ages with no joy. Not sure who is liable in this regard...Bestmed or the docs abusing our medical aid. Bestmed never covers all costs... We are having endless headaches and stresssss Please i need senior or ceo to contact me this is extremely urgent and serious. Always a problem with Bestmed...i want to know then what are we paying for all these monies. Think we need to go to consumer watch too.. Really not on...still nobody has made contact.
