Membership removed 2nd time without any communication

My daughter has been removed from the Bestmed medical scheme, the second time this year. She is a student 21 years of age. The second time, membership was re-instated from 1 June.

Bestmed do not communicate by any e-mail or warning that the member medical aid will be removed. Prove of student application was approved by Bestmed November 2020. gain approved June 2021.

Risk is that when she has to be urgently admitted, no Bestmed member is available over a week-end or after hours to correct their fault.
