Medical card lost and Bestmed can't replace

I emailed Bestmed 2 years ago asking them to send me a new card I lost my card till to date nothing was sent. It's time I start looking for another medical aid who listens and deliver to customers needs. This is uncalled for. Now I can't visit ne GP's except my usual one because I have no card. Is it too difficult to replace a card with details on? I sent numerous emails but nothing . This is pathetic
