MAJOR DEPRESSION is not seen as important!!! How fair is BESTMED???

If you CONSTANTLY want to fight for health and mental wellness BESTMED is for you. Bestmed and I quote 'members are not allowed to speak to a supervisor or manager ' I am suffering from MAJOR depression and my counceling and psychiatrist is okay, BUT NO chronic medicine (eventhough ALL options have a chronic benefit) is given. Not even assistance in terms of... we are sorry, we cannot approve all, but we will approve at least one tablet....How is this justified? And when you want to speak and fight for emotional survival, I, the member is deemed not valuable enough to speak to a manager.... In difficult financial times, with an illness following after being held captive in a house at gunpoint, losing a child, sleeping on the floor next to your dying father,....your 'trusted' medical aid decides you don't qualify for medicine.
