Lack of FEEDBACK!
<p>I have logged Queries with references 200116, 150756 which has been closed now without any FEEDBACK TO ME, there are STILL IN PROGRESS CLAIMS DATING BACK TO OCTOBER 2016 PLEASE TELL ME WHY!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>You can also check Tickets numbers EB8FD ********** C , E3DFD ********** C , E ********** 9927F FOR WHICH I ALSO HAD NO FEEDBAC****!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Should I log more tickets???</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really pathetic service if you cannot even answer/respond to the simpliest of questions </p>
