Infuriating Service

My mother had previously been approved for a surgery in Feb 2024, she had recently been experiencing complications related to the surgery she did that was approved by the medical aid. When her doctor/hospital app**** for authorization for the procedure to be done again to "correct" the complication, the medical aid declined saying that her condition cannot be funded. This is shocking because it's basically the same procedure that was approved for last year Feb. My mom now had to be discharged and is back home without being assisted and she is in so much pain and the doctor said she will remain in such pain until the procedure is done! I was so angry, hurt and disappointed :(
