Incomplete feedback
About a week ago, I logged a complaint requesting Bestmed to reinstate my son as a child dependant, given that he was born with a disability and his condition is permanent.
Bestmed responded via Hellopeter, stating that they’ve sent the necessary information to my company for processing. However, I’m still unsure whether my son will be reinstated as a child or adult dependent.
