Hi,<br> <br> I am trying to find the Preferred Service Providers for my area. The best med site is under construction and so there is a number to call which is invalid. <br> I then call the call centre to be told that they do not have any preferred doctors. I had to explain to her that they indeed do have preferred doctors that are part of best med scheme. <br> <br> She had to call someone from another department to find out. I told her to check my area and one other as the area I live in is very small and so there usually aren't very many specialists here. <br> So i ask her to check Somerset West as well. <br> <br> I was made to wait for a few minutes to be told that there are no Doctors in my area. I then asked about the other area and she said the lady gave her a number but she did not write it down!!!<br> <br> She sounded highly uninterested in what I needed and didn't bother listening to my request! This is highly frustrating as I wasted almost 15 minutes of my time on a call that got me nowhere because of lack of interest from a call centre agent!!!!!<br> <br> Can someone competent please get hold of me as I cannot go around in circles with call centre agents that do not know much about their job!
