IGNORING CLAIMS

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I submitted two claims via the mobile app on the 3rd of May because Bestmed's system was offline on the day I had to go to the emergency room and I had to pay cash.</p> <p> </p> <p>The 5th of May I followed up by logging a mobile query because I didnt get any feedback apart from the app that says claim submitted.</p> <p> </p> <p>The 12th of May I sent a formal email to them because I still havent received any feedback regarding my 2 claims </p> <p> </p> <p>The 17th of May they eventually responded with the following Subject (E7B2F1659D27D Re: Claim - ********** 7) and said that my 2nd claim was was sent for assessment</p> <p> </p> <p>I followed up on the 23rd of May to find out what the status was of the claim, no feedback </p> <p> </p> <p>The 28th of May I folllowed up yet again and they responded on the 29th of May by saying they will be paying out my 2nd claim, with no mention of the 1st claim I submitted, so I rep**** to the mail and asked about the first claim that was submitted, no feedback, followed up again on the 31st, no feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now the 1st if June and I havent received any payments, and also no feedback on the 1st claim that was submitted, I have followed up more than 4 times now, this is ridiculous</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to know what the status is for these claims and when they will be payed out, after which I will consider moving to another medical aid. </p>
