I suffer in pain while waiting

After many phone calls between doctor and bestmed they said it will go to case manager and I will have an answer between 48and 72 hours. The 8th of April was a month . Every week I keep phoning and emailing mrs Natasha Muller but no reply. I will go to Carte Blanch as I am unable to perform my daily duties without pain. Im getting hooked on pain killers.
