I smell **********

Ref no. ********** 3. I was a member of bestmed till 2017 March resigned and join other medical aid. On 2018/11. I received a call from bestmed telling me I owe them R5300.00 I ask them for what and how. They told me that I went to the doctor in February before I resigned in March the same year and they paid for that costs. So they told me when I resigned to join another medical aid they were instructed by my employer to back date from March till January.

So when I asked them where is the money that was back dated no one is answering me till today. And I fail to understand why I owe the medical aid instead of doctors because I contributed each and every month, after almost 2 years they tell me I owe them. Now they tarnishing my name to collectors.

When I ask how possible is that they can explain all they do they send me statements. Why did they back date and where is the money? They fail to respond please help.
