I said something on Hello Peter and now they suspended my wife's medical aid

My wife has been paying her medical aid since the 1st of April 2022, we found out that she was pregnant on the 5th of April 2022 and we had a miscarage, ,this so call medical aid put her on a three month waiting period before she could use her medical aid, Any doctors we had to see we paid out of pocket, on the 10th of Sep we were advise by a Gyni that she needs to have a womb sc**** and there is cysts growing in her womb, we reach out to her medical aid, and they declined the procedure based on "pre existing conditions" she had the miscarage while she was a member of this medical aid, I logged a complaint and now they have suspened her and threaten to cancel her membership ! no one calls to find out what is going on, everytime we call complaints we are told "send an email". on my last complaint I was told it is under investigation, again no one came back. today my wife got an email saying her medical aid is suspended and that they will cancel her membership.
