I HAVE NO WORDS LEFT

I have app**** to Bestmed, several times and each time, I have issues trying to become a member. The last time was roughly 2 weeks ago and am still waiting. I completed every document given to me, yet they still keep sending me from pillar to post. Affidavits, documentation for my gp to sign, I did it all. Yesterday they sent me a confirmation letter, with an amount for nearly R400 more than what I was quoted, for late joiners fee. I queried this, as I have been on medical aid for most of my life and they had proof, as I had to include the list and Affidavit for 2 of them and a 12 month waiting period of possible non disclosure. This made me feel like a ********. I submitted the 2 chronic conditions, I have, on 2 sets of documentation. They then sent me another letter of confirmation, to say there was no waiting period, no late joiners fee, but still 12 months waiting period for possible non disclosure. I must just sign the forms and submit them, but the amount I was signing for, was still the amount inclusive of the late joiners fee. I am so stressed and so fed up, with being messed around and pushed around. I would never treat prospective clients this way. It's appauling service.
