I am not happy :(

I will not recommend anyone to use Bestmed medical scheme, The service and communication you receive is so bad, they give you little savings. I was due for a major surgery in July and they declined to authorise with no reasons , My Dr even wrote a letter of recommendation but nothing happened, I had to pay R76 800 for my procedure including hospitalization & anaesthetist. What is the point of having a medical aid that cannot help you in unforeseen circumstances. I am in the process of cancelling these **** because I am honestly not happy and will never recommend it to anyone.
