Sigh, horrific customer service through all channels of communication call centre agent hang up on customers when asked questions they can not answer. You being transferred from pillar to post different department no ne provide answers. Terrif scheme for hospitalisation will leave you with Drs bills and private hospitalisation is not covered in full horrific tariffs. Bestmed employees are not helpful and are frustrated impatient with customers. Three call centre agent and one line manager dropped the phone in my ear.

We are sincerely sorry to hear about your experience with our service to you.
The scheme pays 100% of scheme rates for hospitalisation, including attending doctors. If you seek treatment from a Designated Service Provider (DSP), you should avoid short payments on your doctor's accounts subject to pre-authorisation.
However, if you voluntarily decide to consult with a non-DSP provider, you may be liable for any cost that exceeds the scheme tariffs. This is due to the fact that some providers may charge rates higher than what the scheme covers.
We value you as a member and wish to assist you in resolving this matter. To do so effectively, we need additional information. Please provide us with details pertaining to the accounts you are querying. This includes the specific charges you are questioning, the dates of the services, and the providers involved. This information can be emailed to ***.
Once we receive this information, we will promptly investigate and provide you with feedback.
Your well-being, as a valued client of the Scheme, is important to all of us at Bestmed.
