Horrific Experience and still no feedback

I recently joined Bestmed because i was led to believe that they are amazing. Upon joining, my girls had fallen ill. I sent through a request for a procedure to be done... Only HALF of the procedure was approved.

I then called in, was cut off more than 16 times and I was treated rudely with the most disrespect I have ever endured from a professional institution.

There were no managers around to speak to, not a single person has called back and I have still found NO resolution.

I am sorry, but this medical aid scheme is horrific to say the very least. The staff are not trained and whomever is clearing authorizations do not seem to be medically inclined. I am going to refer the matter to the ombudsman so they may see how poorly and what little knowledge is practiced here. The list of regrets could go on, but it is far too long to list here.
