Horrible service
The worst medical aid! I have my parents on the scheme for a year now and to date we have had nothing but hassles and debt when it comes to this medical aid paying claims. We have followed procedure and stayed away from claiming for the conditions that were given waiting periods, but still no joy from them. We pay such a high membership fee but receive the poorest quality of service. Absolutely frustrated and disappointed in what supposed to be "News24 Medical Scheme of the Year award."
