Horrible service
For the first time in 5 years I am a very unhappy customer of yours. I took my daughter for a foot operation, her specialist was Dr Goller . I got authorization from bestmed, but now am surprised that I have to pay half of what was charged which is R7433.35, best-med will only pay R6672.27. I have never defaulted on my medical aid for the past 5 years and I am treated like these? These is highly unacceptable, bestmed knew in advance how much the Dr was charging, you should have at-least told me in advance that you wont cover the whole R13210.87. These is really unacceptable, I could have just took my daughter to a public hospital. I AM REALLY ANGRY'
