Horrible medical aid-savings credit taking forever to be refunded

<p> </p> <p>I have left Bestmed in October 2016, and to date I await for savings credit to be refunded.I have emailed my ID & bank statement since the end of February and kept being told that they don't have my documents .Finally when I emailed them on the 7th of March , I was Informed that my documents have been received but I must wait another 3 months -on call reference ********** I mean really!!?????</p> <p>8 months for my savings refund is pathetic!! Unbelievable.</p> <p>When I call today , I am given a different response ...</p> <p>Can my refund be paid my account !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
