Horrible medical aid, brain Edema patient waiting for auth

I am really disappointed to say the least. I was admitted at Netcare polokwane 2 days back on an emergency basis due to a brain Edema and rapture vein. I am 6 months pregnant. Bestmed is dragging its feet in authorizing an MRI scan. Why do you people gamble with our lives? My life and the baby's life are at risk and I get told the hospital ddnt send them clinical reports in order for them to authorize my admission hence my MRI Auth is pending. We have to get authorization for everything even when in the verge of dying? No one knows the extent of the swelling in my brain and I am slowly becoming blind in my left eye. I regret changing medical aid. This is the worst scheme I have ever been on.
