HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION
Every time I try to call or WhatsApp BestMed with a query, they a) don't answer the phone, b) get back to me via WhatsApp HOURS later or never. When they do answer, the consultants are RUDE and my query more often that not, doesn't get resolved. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE!!
