Good medical scheme just need to pay attention on authentication lead lead time

Bestmed Medical Scheme very good no problems will recommend Bestmed.....but need to work on authentisation lead time. day 5 a hole week still no answer. Every day the some answer authorisation is at medical advisors for 5 days now. My doctor see this as an emergency I need this operation and Bestmed medical Advisor seems to think this is no emergency no need for me to be having this operation. Funny because the reflux is running into my lungs damaging my lungs my ipper airways my voicebox everything. And Bestmed Medical advisors is fine with that

Second time operation had to be canceled was scheduled for to day still no response from Bestmed Turnaround time 48 to 72 hours well this is taking 5days now.
