good customer service

I'm still not happy with my medical aid , but I'm really happy and appreciate the service I got from DELANEY BARRY she was able to assist me constantly giving me feedback, after my hospital addition I had lot of bills that medical aid did not pay and she helped settle all of the m, in my anger and frustration she was always calm and willing to help ( always quick with positive feedback) , even if I had a bad experience with my medical aid it's a good thing they have people like her to keep client sane and happy ,<br> <br> thank DELANEY BARRY hope you to others what you did for me<br> <br> hope your recognised for employee of the months , just received confirmation that my last query will be paid <br> me
