Getting the run around

I have been calling Bestmed since October regarding an unpaid claim and they still have not paid the doctors room. I have been handed over by the doctor due to unpaid claims and they refuse to pay the doctor,every week I call and get the same excuse that they are reprocessing Dr Greeffs claim. I have reached the end of my rope with Bestmed regarding this claim as I sent them email after email,calls and nothing has happened. I need the manager to intervene now as I have lost all faith in Bestmed assisting me. My claim is for the 15th of October 2015,it is now going to March and still nothing. All i get is empty promises that never materialize yet i am been called by the doctors rooms daily demanding they money.
