False Advertising/ Billing

<p>So I figured out Bestmed does not bill as advertised but rather at an inflated fee. </p> <p> </p> <p>Fees Advertised:</p> <p>Adult R1273</p> <p>Adult Dependant R1099</p> <p>Child R596</p> <p>http://www.bestmed.co.za/plans/Beat-2016/Beat2</p> <p> </p> <p>Fees Charged:</p> <p>Adult R1554</p> <p>Adult Dependant R1208</p> <p>Child R655</p> <p> </p> <p>Yes my one dependant penalty is accounted for, yes the same plans are compared, yes the same non network to non network plans are compared. </p> <p> </p> <p>Total cost per month charged extra - R 500 pm for who knows how long now.</p> <p> A year this ammounts to extra R 6000. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please Bestmed, I would love to know how the fees are calculated. </p>
