Exceptionally poor service
I have now submitted 4 application forms to Bestmed to re-join the scheme. Each time i get told its the wrong form - fill in the new one attached. Everytime its 8 pages of jargon that needs to be completed asking the same information over and over. Guess what, today i emailed the application again, with as many attachments as i possibly can, to satisfy their requirements and you wont believe it, i get told again, by the same person who emailed me yet another \new form\" that it is the incorrect form!!! Bladdy useless bunch :(:("
