<p>When I took my membership with the scheme I was assisted by Thapelo Ramodikwe. He is a only a sales consultant but would always assist me with customer service related issues; by calling me to transfer me to the relavant dept and then followu up viam email to see if my query had been resolved. He assited with my claims concerns, babay benefit and even my termination. He is the epitome of someone going the extra mile. Thank you so much for your help Thapelo, please continue to do the great work and I hope you get recognintion from your company.</p>
