Excellent Service from Bestmed Esther Kgaphola

I did have a problem with a lot of admin mess ups with Bestmed while trying to sort out my membership options and posted a review here recently about this.

In being fair to them and following up, I would Like to Thank Esther Kgaphola for resolving my problem within one day after it was escalated. **********

Although I have read some negative reviews on this company you have to be fair in saying they do everything possible to try and resolve them.

I have read horror stories about many medical aids but considering sometimes medical issues and certain cases are very complicated it could be understandable.

Thanks a million, Esther I was crawling up the wall but you handled it with patience, diligence and empathy!
