Even vending machines offer better service

<p>My employer and i made an application to join bestmed on the 3/5/2017, to date i haven't received any correspondence or acknowledgement that my application is being processed. So today i decide to give them a call, not only did i wait 15 minutes before i could get assistance but was i was told left me flabagusted. I was told that my application is pending... How can an application be pending for 21 days??? I made an arrangement to pay them the outstanding amount last month which i indeed honoured the payment and if this is the issue that is delaying the application, why isn't anyone saying anything about it rather then keeping quiet until i have to call them. Can someone just let me know or give me an appropriate answer or should i just go and join a competitor???</p>
